Dear Valued Readers,
It’s the first quarter of the year and we thank God we are all alive to witness it. However, it’s my tradition to always go away on a retreat to meditate, review my targets for the year and see which milestones have been met and which ones haven’t.
So it’s that time of the year again and I’ll be away for just 3 days and will definitely be back in full force with my HOT AND SPICY GIST by God’s grace…..lol. So from Tuesday the 2nd of April 2013, everything will be back to normal as usual……
I do hope Y’all take time out to think of all what you set to achieve this year and where you are. Are you confident that you have achieved atleast three quarters? Remember he who fails to plan is already planning to fail.
If you feel things are not quite where they should be, do not despair; You still have three quarters of the year to go, just re-strategise and think of areas of improvement.Remember only a fool keeps doing the same thing everytime and expects a different result.
So I encourage you to use this time in laying out your plans, setting SMART (SPECIFIC, MEASUREABLE, ACHEIVEABLE, RELEVANT AND TIME BOUND) targets. You will be amazed how this will help you focus better and achieve more in the remaining months of the year.

Egosentrik blog is also on it’s first quarter of being set up and I must say y’all have made it a great success, cos without you there will be no me.
